Since I read many books about psychology and I have many friends who work in the field. So I ask the difference between individual development and organizational development.
As you mentioned, the organizational strategy connects to planning, team performance, and commercial results. And you are not satisfied with such knowledge.
Your answer points out the essential of organizational context.
Now you are talking about "Personal Strategy".
Is a person a whole, or a piece, or part?
Are you talk about "Personal Strategy" for a person within an organization or an independent worker? or both?
What's the essential of personal context? Is it just same with the organizational context, but we can adopt personal perspective to see it?
