This is a wonderful experience! Thanks for sharing your thought about it.
Last year, I developed a framework called HERO U for knowledge heroes. I identifies six types of objective of knowing. One of them is general practice.

I think most youtube videos are only about sharing tacit knowledge of general practice. The key issue is not sharing, but curating. I mean if they intend to turn their tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge, they have to do some work of knowledge curation such as sorting, secelting, organizing, etc.
Yesterday I developed a new framework about academic creativity. The framework suggests three phases:
1. Public Knowledge > Personal Tacit Knowledge
2. Personal Tacit Knowledge > Personal Explicit Knowledge
3. Personal Explicit Knowledge > Public Explicit Knowledge
For present discussion, we can pay attention to the phase 3. There is a difference between personal explicit knowledge and public explicit knowledge. The latter requires more effort on knowledge curation than the former.
